Building Learning Infrastructure: I built the first learning and evaluation function for a national advocacy organization, helping teams use reflection and movement-centered frameworks to guide strategy, resource decisions, and campaign learning.
Centering Community Power: As part of a collaborative team, I designed low-burden learning processes for an initiative supporting 30+ community-led giving efforts, using cohort learning and language justice to inform more trust-based grantmaking.
